- Small wooden towels
- Scissors
- Tape or hot glue gun
Directions:
- Download and print banner page on cardstock.
- Cut out banners.
- Attach banners to a round dowel or stick with tape or a hot glue gun.
- Attach ribbons, yarn or other decorations.
